Opposite ends of the spectrum but my top selections would have to be Chocolate Rain, King Henry, and Blushing Monk. I do, however, enjoy almost everything that takes a while to settle into and draws you in over time.

I drink pretty much anything slower than most, especially anything >9%. Favorite right now is Central Waters BB Scotch Ale. Other favorites are Big Bad Baptist, BA BORIS and Founders Imperial Stout.

Of the commercial ones, definitely Bigfoot, Brother Thelonious, and (when I was able to find it) Anchor Old Foghorn (but I haven't seen it in NJ for years...does anybody here know any store in NJ that carries it? I'm Jones-ing for it).

First choice though would be homebrewed Old Ale Solera (now entering year #24). I give a fair amount of it away every year at Xmas, so I ration what's left for myself by pouring no more than 7oz at a time (infrequently) into a large snifter, so slow sipping is mandatory.
