3beans, Resin and I loved Harbinger Saison the one time I had it on-tap.

Sweet Action and The Crisp are very enjoyable. I was quite impressed with 3beans as well.

Resin is my go to beer if I want to drink in public without police/authorities catching on that I'm drinking a beer and not an energy drink.

Pretty mediocre brewery IMO. Launched in Ohio with diacetyl ridden garbage in cans and on tap. Hi-res was good, 3Beans was decent but, overall, there are so many better local options!!

I experienced that with a 4-pack of Crisp a couple of years ago. The Sixpoint beers that are brewed in Brooklyn are of high quality; at least every draft that I had of Brooklyn brewed Sixpoint was of high quality.

I highly recommend the Brooklyn brewed Sixpoint beers!

    Cheers!

Bengali Tiger is very underrated. Love the pounder cans too.

Really great to hear that you love the core Sweet Action, as that was one of our original recipes and really set the tone for brewing according to (Mad Scientists) style instead of trying to recreate someone else's beers. It was a hard sell for many years as so many bar owners would not buy something unless we could call it a Pale Ale, Hefe-Weizen, or Cream Ale. Our answer: its none of those things, and all of those things, at the same time. :-)

Not even a question for me. Apollo is my favorite summer beer I've had. So perfect on a hot day

Am I the only one that loved The Crisp? Also, Hi-res... of course.

I've only had 3 thus far (still chasing..) and I would say Resin is my favorite by far.

Is 3beans no longer being made? Hiatus?

Sweet Action sounds amazing, will need to try it out, along with the others. However now that I say it...I wish you guys had a mixed pack, but would probably be hard with the 12oz. vs. 16oz. varieties.

Hi-Res. There's a touch of the booze burn but it's worth it.

really a tough question as i do really like most of their stuff:
    I haven't had the Hi-Res yet,
    but Global Warmer was great.
    Resin is fantastic
    Autumnation was also fantastic
    gorilla Warfare was spectacular!
Apollo is one of my fav of the style and a great summer brew.

Not a big fan of their other "core" brews like sweetaction, crisp, or righteous...

Hi-Res has alluded me so far, I need to find some. But I love, LOVE Resin and I loved Diesel (now in hiatus). From there I'd say Bengali is next on my list. I was never a huge fan of theirs because they had some problems with The Lion early on, but lately they are really getting their act together and brewing great beer. Kudos to them.

Now that is one hell of a way to get introduced to our beer! Not exactly a "gentle" introduction :-)

This is not true. We recently have begun producing some of our cans and draft beer outside of the Lion Brewery. Jack it is now safe for you to retire your bias. ;-)

Thanks for noticing. The future is long and the best is yet to come.

Sounds like you are due for a 2nd sampling. You're in luck! We will be in Columbus, OH on Thurs and Fri so we'd love to sample you on some of our latest offerings. :-)
