Can I get a recipe? I'm loving Thomas Faucett MO right now, I've got a lb. of citra to use up, and some 1028 washed in the fridge.

French Saison strain I do at room temperature, the Belgian strain is better off at higher temperatures, though.

North Coast Old Stock Ale. It's been about 6 months since I had one. I can still taste it. If it wasn't so damn strong I would drink it all day everyday.

I couldn't say, with any certainty, what commercial brews are made with fuggles. But I can tell you it is an English variety that is often used in the popular English styles (bitters, English IPAs and pales etc...).
