Most everything from Cantillon is wonderful, although my faves from them are the normal 'ol Gueuze, Iris, and CdG.
Also from Belgium, the blends from Tilquin, 3F, and De Cam rock.
New Belgium's Eric's Ale, Le Terrior, and La Folie are top notch.
All of the beers I've had from Rare Barrel are really good.
AC Golden's sours are excellent. Troy's new stuff, too.
I'm a huge fan of the Origins and L'Brett based beers from Crooked Stave.

Pulling Nails b2 was my favorite sour to date, even though a little young, it was delicious.

If you are keeping track of the numbers, I'll cast votes for:

Oude Tart and Love Child... but beware the price tag. More accessible Flemish: Jacobins, Duchesse, Rodenbach Grand Cru, and Petrus Aged Pale for a non-red entry.

Almanac, Cascade, and Crooked Stave are all great breweries. If you're into the saison thing you should definitely search out Logsdon and Hill Farmstead. For a relatively obtainable kriek look into Boon Marriage Parfait. Rodenbach, Petrus oud bruin, and duchesse are all good flemishes. Boulevard also makes some of the best products I've had... crazy affordable.

Can't go wrong with Temptation, quite possibly my favorite US beer. Cascade makes some interesting ones (Apricot, Kriek) but they seem to be going even more into the big barrel beers. Almanac are tasty & pretty easily obtained but they do have a pretty distinct 'house flavor' imo, and all taste a bit alike.

On the Belgian side, every bottle of Tilquin I open surprises me. Really fantastic, not as hard to come by as Cantillon or 3F.

Both Anderson Valley Kimmie Yink and Holy Gose and the Blood Orange Gose are tasty and affordable in 6 packs. Just enough sour to hit the spot when you need it.

Definitely awesome choices...if anyone is down south I suggest Westbrook Gose, by far my favorite.

Lots of great ones already listed, but Le Terroir from New Belguim is affordable, available and just plain tasty. Westbrook Gose is a close second for the same reasons.
