FYI - Cantillon Iris is a blend. Per their website:

Iris is brewed only once every season and all the beers come from the same brewing. This is why the beer is dated. The second fermentation is obtained by adding liquor.

Oh, shit--I forgot about this one. That thumbprint BW was outstanding.

Berliner Weisse: The Bruery Hottenroth or Sloop Sauer Peach
Flanders Oud Bruin: Captain Lawrence Rosso e Marrone or La Folie
Flanders Red Ale: The Bruery Oude Tart or Rodenbach Classic
    Gueuze: Cantillon Classic Gueuze
Lambic (Fruit): Drie Fonteinen Schaarsbeekse Kriek or Cantillon Rose de Gambrinus

    Gose: Westbrook Gose

I picked Gueuze as my favorite style, but I'll go down the list as to what I've had thus far:

American Wild Ale: Russian River Supplication
Flanders Red Ale: Hill Farmstead Prolegomena
Gueuze: Drie Fonteinen Oude Geuze Golden Blend
Gose: Westbrook Gose (I wasn't that into it, but it was the best I've had)
Brett Saison: Grassroots Brewing Brother Soigné (does this count?)

    I voted Flanders Red

    American Wild Ale:
Toss-up between Cascade Elderberry and Ale Apothecary's Sahalie. Both very different.
Berliner Weisse: Prof. Fritz Briem's 1809
Flanders Oud Bruin: Deschutes The Dissident
Flanders Red Ale: Duchesse de Bourgogne
    Gueuze: Tilquin Gueuze
Lambic (Fruit): Cantillon Lou Pepe Framboise
Lambic (Unblended): Either Lambickx or Lambrucha both by Vanberg & DeWulf. I had Lambickx most recently but had to do a quick rating (4.25) as opposed to doing a full review because I was at Cantillon day and it was madness. I had Lambrucha once and I loved it but it was three years ago before I started reviewing so it's hard to say if I liked it better than Lambickx.
    Gose: Westbrook Gose

Favorite Brett beer goes to either Evil Twin Femme Fatale Brett or Prairie 'Merica. Both do the Brett/hops infusion thing superbly well.

Favorite sour style is American Wild, although I enjoy all the styles (all the styles I've had anyways).
    American Wild - Supplication
Berliner Weisse - Tie: Hottenroth/Bear Republic Tartare
Flanders Oud Bruin - Madame Rose
    Flanders Red - Jacobins Rouge
    Gueuze - Tilquin
    Lambic Fruited - Mikkeller SpontanCherry

Still haven't had a Gosè or Unblended Lambic. Really itching to get my hands on some Westbrook Gozu.
    Cheers

American Wild Ale: Cambridge cerise cassée
Berliner Weisse: DDC solstice d'été aux framboises
Flanders Oud Bruin: Petrus Aged Pale (while not really representative of the style)
Flanders Red Ale: Rodenbach grand cru/bruery Oude Tart...Think I even prefer OT
    Gueuze: Drie fonteinen golden blend
Lambic (Fruit): Cantillon Saint-Lamvinus (wine grapes)
    Lambic (Unblended): Cantillon Bruocsella
    Gose: Dollnitzer ritterguts
    Brett Saison: Arctic saison
