Anyone got some spring brews they would highly recommend? Trying to keep an eye out for some good seasonals.

Traditionally, I guess Spring is the time for bocks and saisons. However, you gotta get some Stone Imperial Russian Stout on April 15th (IRS, get it?) The Spring seasonals I usually enjoy also include Great Lakes Holy Moses (witbier) and HB Maibock.

Mayflower Spring Hop is nice. I like Peak Organic Spring Simcoe as well.

This week I bought a six-pack of Philadelphia Brewing’s Fleur de Lehigh to celebrate spring:

    Fleur de Lehigh

    Description

We create Fleur de Lehigh in the spirit of a new season. Spring is a time of warmth, blossoms, and memories of Shibe Park, where Philadelphians once celebrated the annual rebirth of baseball season. This unfiltered, golden ale brewed with ginger, lemongrass and other natural herbs, blooms upon the palate with a vibrant, floral character.

    Available Spring/Summer Only

    Specifications
    Alcohol Content: 4.75% abv
    IBU's: 20
    Color: Unfiltered Amber
Finishing Citrus/Herbs: Ginger Root, Lemon Grass, Rose Hips, Rhubarb, Cardamom
Malts: Two-row Pilsner, Wheat, Carapils, Barley, Oats, Special Aromatic, Caramunich

    Cheers!

Bells Oberon. I usually drink it in the summer, but it was just released so I guess it would fall under Spring Beers.

    Stoudt's Maibock is delish.

This is one of very select few beers that I hated enough to drain pour it... and I hate drain pouring. I can only remember drain pouring like 3 beers in my life. Philadelphia Brewing Co. makes some decent brews, but this is not one I would ever willingly drink again.

who cares though... different strokes for different folks!

Summerfest, summer ale, summer solstice, endless summer, honey moon summer ale, etc... these are the best spring beers or at least all I can find.

My go-to's spring seasonals that I try to get every year now include:
SN Ruthless Rye- Just a tasty rye beer, regardless of the season
SA Alpine Spring- Light and refreshing. Great after a day of spring skiing.
Naragansett Bock- Spring is the traditional bock season and this is one of the best values going.
