I have to agree.... Very tasty. I have not seen this in cans here in NY. Man, I'd be all over this in cans!

I was able to get my hands on some here in Rhode Island. Immediately scooped it up. World class stuff.

I just bought a six pack of Union Jack in cans and there is a date stamped on it. It's written vertically on the right side of the front of the box.

Yeah- that's what they said- it's huge, too. I can't see how I missed it, but stranger things have happened.

Yuengling Summer Wheat is a decent Hefeweizen and a great picnic beer.

A couple that I haven't seen mentioned: Boulevard's 80 Acre Hoppy Wheat, and Lagunitas A Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale. Also, I couldn't agree more with Weihenstephaner Hefe, and SN Kellerweiss. Someone mentioned St. Lupulin from Odell, which I'd also have to agree with.

Nothing beats a good Saison during the summer. Hefes are good, but I don't quite indulge too much as I prefer higher ABV beers in general. A few summers back I got really into Belgians. Went on a trappist kick that lasted a few months.

Seems kinda crazy now, but last Memorial Day I was outside grilling (in 100+ heat) with a four-pack of Santa Fe's Java Stout. I do like the occasional stout during the dog days too.
