Good Beer Hunting's podcast is great. You should also check out The Beer Temple Insiders Roundtable with Beer Temple host Chris Quinn. Really interesting conversations.

I really appreciate that you took your time to offer some constructive criticism.

I'll try to keep the videos a touch shorter.
I also can't help with my preference on IPAs. I try my best to be honest and give everything a shot with an open mind.

Importantly, do you have issues with the current audio? Reviews from even a few months ago may be different because of setting, even though I was using the same mic. If so, I understand and I will look seriously into upgrading my mic.

And also thank you everyone else for the kind words!

Recent ones the audio has been pretty decent. It's a little hit and miss for me overall. granted, I'm more picky than most because I produce podcasts and my ears are particular. As far as IPAs go, its not really meant as a criticism as much as an observation, we all have our personal tastes. I do watch your "New England style" reviews as I find those interesting. West coast doesn't seem to be your flavor and that's fine.

    Keep up the good work

Just saw that my alltime favorite youtube craft beer channel the brewery show is going to start making more videos again, so im super pumped! They got some great breweries covered already and are looking for suggestions, which is also cool.

Look, I learned long ago that I can't multi-task. My (female) boss claims that's gendered, and for wont of an excuse, I'll accept it.

It's hard for me, however, to envision watching a video and drinking good beer to be multi-tasking. Is there any reason both can't be done at the same time?

I love Greg. He's probably the only BeerTuber I watch videos from now at this point. Occasionally BeerGeekNation, but Chris Steltz has become way too scripted/fake for my liking.

Wish Better Beer Authority didn't turn to turds. Oh well.

Just Keep Tastin'! Two dudes that slam/shotgun rare beers. Refreshing reminder that in the end, it's just beer.

I know that I am going to sound like an asshole, but for the life of me I cannot understand why people watch Greg's Beer Reviews. They are way too long and most of the time he just repeats information (check out any episodes where the brewery doesn't bottle/can date). I agree with the message but I do not need five to ten minute rants each time he comes across a beer with no date.

But what really bugs me is the misinformation in the show. For instance, he will say that you can put a beer in the cellar for "10 or 20 years." Really? Which beers taste good after being cellared for a decade or two?

I agree with people who say that Beer Geek Nation is a bit contrived now, but it is short and sweet. Most of the information is pretty accurate.

I'm a big fan of Brewing Tv which I know has ended but still great to watch. And Beer Diaries, sometimes the guy is a little annoying and pushy like he's a know it all but he is good at keeping the conversation going and asking the right questions.

Thanks jwheeler87. we try to change things up a bit, Like the Blind reviews and some Funny "Out takes" at the end of the videos. We also try to keep them around 5 minutes or so, so people don't fall asleep. The Blind reviews also help to sharpen your tasting skills...lol. Cheers. ~ Mark
