    Ones that have worked the best for me in homebrews:

    Simcoe + Amarillo
    Mosaic + Citra
    (Lots of) EKG + Simcoe + Cascade

    No love for Sorachi Ace?? That paired with Azaaca seems to deliver a really unique lemon/lime/coconut/mint profile
