Voted FW Pivo. I'd love to know how delicious it is less than 3 months old all Pivo on the shelves in the DC metro is old as shit..Still great though. Prima is close behind and I would also put Port City Downright Pils up there as well. Maybe not the same hoppy character but a great pils.

I didn't even know they had a pilsner. I'll have to give it a try this summer. Is it anything like Prima? Hoppy?

I agree with this and love Prima, but their Braumeister pils' are even better! Victory knows pilsners.

I really enjoy Full Sail LTD and Hill Farmstead Mary. Steamworks makes a nice Czech Pils. My go to is Ol'Factory from Two Roads but clearly not a traditional pils.

Of those listed I chose Jever (which will never be available in my state, and I'm actually okay knowing that), but for what it's worth there are a handful of good (and some great) Pils in the market local to me.

But finding them fresh is often a challenge...

A certain someone has looked it it, and is more effort and legwork than it is worth for only one brand. :sunglasses:

Maybe Mr. Raven can sweeten the deal by adding Jever Lime to the portfolio list!?!

    Cheers!

Went with "other", though I can't really specify what that "other" is. I've had 7 of the pils listed (Czechvar, Urquell, Prima, Nooner, Summerfest, Mama's Little Yella, Noble and several others (Weihenstephaner, Stoudt's, Crisp), but don't drink any regularly enough to really have a favorite. It's strictly a Spring/Summer style for me.

From the list, Jever. Personally, Rothaus.

Other favorites include Prima, Weihenstephaner, Lost Nation Vermont Pilsner, Kulmbacher Edelherb Pils, and Hill Farmstead Mary. Bohemia is also good, and far and away the best Mexican beer I've ever had.

Keller pilsners/kellerbiers are also a favorite of mine, possibly my favorite lager style. I really dig Southampton Keller Pils, Sly Fox Keller Pils, Mahr's U, and Voodoo KillaPilz. (formerly known as Pilzilla)

Not a pilsner fan, so I'm not sure if my opinon "counts," but Two Roads' dry hopped Ol' Factory Pils is my numero uno in the style. Pivo is a close second, and it's easier to acquire, but again, not really that into the style so I probably wouldn't bother.
