I was just curious, and couldn't find any info online, about Lawsons Finest Fayston Pappy Barrel Aged. Does anybody have any info on it? What was the bottle count? Was it the farmers market release only? Was it just the one time release? What does it warrant in terms of trading? I came up short lookin online and figured maybe the BA community has more info. Cheers and thanks!!

It was available at only two farmers markets. No idea on bottle count.

I haven't had luck with any Lawson's stuff and that's after offering some pretty solid/limited stuff. Had one pre trade set up but my trade partner got shut out. I usually don't do pre trades but I tried that time.

Good luck, I bet that beer is amazing!

Released twice at market, 500 ml. At each sale the limit was 2pp, think it lasted through a couple hundred people each time as well. I would say 1000+ bottles but that's just a guesstimate. I think it is quite good! I traded 1:1 LP Fram, also rtradd others for JK 500 ml, De Garde, and a number of other great beers.

It was amazing stuff. I had a bottle when it was available at a Lawson's takeover event at Worthy Burger, my god I loved that beer

My buddy asked Sean Lawson (sorry for the name dropping)while we were there and he said that he thought there was 700 - 800 bottles (even he wasn't for sure).

I think people are tending to hold on to these bottles unless it's a trade they really want to make since there won't be anymore Lawson's besides SOS until May or so.

Had the PVW and Rum side by side recently and really loved the Rum. The PVW was great too, but very subdued, especially the nose. I'd also recommend going after the Maple Tripple. That beer is delicious!!!

I traded for two of them outside of BA.

Gave up a Huna and a BASC for one and a Huna and Chocolate Rain for the other.

I wasn't able to make it to the final two Lawson's farmers markets so I traded for two bottles. The first one was for a Tree House Julius 750ml and the second was for Tree House Double Shot. So I think I was pretty damn lucky.

Lawson's beers are tough to land because they are released infrequently and in small amounts. Thus, the people that drive up there and get in line at 6am (myself included) tend to hold onto them for personal consumption
