February 2016 Cellar Reviews

2014 Allagash Resurgam- One of my favorite of the coolship series. Had some tasty attributes but there was this lingering over-ripe banana flavor that dominated the beer and got worse as it warmed. I personally won't purposefully age this again over 1 year.

 

It's a "tough" beer to get out here in CA lately too. Not like chuck chaser/hyped release tough but it was only really around for a week or so. Snagged 2 four packs trying to spread out my purchasing. Wish I had grabbed more. Tied for my favorite anchor beer next to the og steam.
