I copitched those recently and it didn't clear up well at all. Conan usually clears up well for me so I think it was the "tropical IPA" yeast

Not drinking my own yet, but close to bottling day! Enjoy the motivation everyone else's good looking brew bring!

NEIPA with Golden Promise, wheat, oats and a little Munich. Hopped with Citra and Ekuanot. Finally carbed up after 3 weeks in the keg. Had a can of Hoof Hearted Konkey Dong before the homebrew and happy to say it can stand up next to it.

Dude, I would love your advice on adding fruit to sours. I am trying to improve my kettle soured session IPA recipe. I get a decent pineapple character from the hops but I really think it needs an even brighter flavor and wanted to add pineapple to enhance it. I would love to pick your brain about methods and possible amounts.

Dice up 2 or 3 whole pineapples. Freeze the pineapple. Defrost the pineapple. Try to mash up the pineapple in the ziplock bag you froze them in.

Rack your beer on top of the fruit for a week or until it's fermeneted out.

My new IPA was tapped today... Fury!

    6.4% ABV, 70 IBU (1.058 OG, 1.009 FG)
Grist comprised of 2-row, Pilsner, Red Wheat and 40L.
Mosaic, Vic Secret and Cascade hops (17.5oz total)
    Chico ale yeast.

Tasting incredible, although not fully carbed just yet (kegged just two days ago), but man, the aroma and flavor is craziness. After brewing a few Conan based IPA's lately, it was nice to go back to chico... Having that clean yeast profile is welcome after a while!

Drank a couple of these last night. A Black Raspberry Saison with Brett. Brewed in March 2015, and it is really tasting good these days. It comes in at close too 10% ABV (estimated) so it can really sneak up on ya, lol.

Checking in on a Dubbel Banana Buckwheat Braggot. Gravity stable at 1.007, down from 1.077. I would have though 11 bananas and 3#s of buckwheat honey would have left a more noticeable impact. Not bad; just not nearly as crazy as it sounds. Ready for kegging.

Having recently kicked an English pale ale and an IPA, I now have nothing but dark beer for my new keezer. Mild, cocoa milk stout (this is over 1.5 years old; I forgot about it for a while), Baltic porter, and now this dubbel concoction. Next several brew will return to the pale -- hoppy wheat, Belgian pale, and cream ale.

Imperial mocha milk stout. Little Galaxy hops 8 oz of Balinese beans for 24 hrs small amount of cocoa nibs and 8 oz lactose sugar at kegging. This beer is exactly what I was going for. Probably a few ounces of Galaxy wasted but the coffee flavor and aroma is incredible still 1 month later
