Sorry, this is probably repetitive... Had my first Fedex breakage experience. Recently shipped a FedEx package to a buddy and a bottle broke when the package reached his hub and caused leakage. They told me they would ship it back to me or he could go pick it up. When he got there it was nowhere to be found and the next day they returned my calls to let me know it was discarded. Guessing I can't/shouldn't file a claim because the shipment was against FedEx policy? Thanks!
