Fedex damaged my box while out for delivery.

ahh ya those answers both make sense. I have only ever shipped alcohol a few times and always done it with FedEx or USPS (I have had tons of issues with UPS over the years and no longer use them if I can avoid it). If I get over to the bar that is an authorized shipper I will ask them what delivery looks like and report back, could be a viable option for CA traders anyway.

Another note, my partner and I make herbal medicine and like to use this very fancy ethanol from a company in Oregon. We ordered a 5 gallon jug of 195 proof grain alcohol from them and it was just left on our porch. We didn't give them any info other than our credit card info and a confirmation that we were of age. Seemed weird to me, again this was OR to CA so it might just be a matter of differing state laws but just something to note.
