Midst the threads about confiscations, box stealing by drivers, more getting scanned then ever, etc. I found it appropriate to share. FedEx opened my box because a growler of Rapp Gose froze & broke. Instead of discarding all contents and sending me a letter... ...they bagged all the contents and mailed it back! Even noted it on the label. Everything survived but the Gose. Thanks FedEx. Sorry @Hopsiam14 *Shipping a Gose growler to MN without checking the weather is "less then smart". I blame our beautiful warmth down here.
I got a box delivered in a plastic bag this week as well. The box was wet and smelled like beer. Driver asked if I wanted to keep or refuse shipment and return to sender. He knew what it was.
