FedEx flat rate boxes?

    been seeing some ads for this, logged onto my account today and its plastered all over the place. Anyone as excited about this as I am??

    I looked into it, but the large boxes that you need to use to fit a normal trades worth of beer in are still expensive to ship. The flat rate is done via air, so the cheapest option is 2day saver. I packed up an "extra large" box (12x12x12) and to ship to Missouri was going to be $36. Via normal ground it was like $14.

    For small trades or ones where you need to get the beer somewhere quick, I think it'll be a decent option. But ground looks to be cheaper still.

    You're always going to overpay for those, just like those pre-set rate boxes at the post office. Continue boxing as you've always done.
