Just got off the phone w/FedEx tech support, they are currently having issues with Chrome being able to display the actual barcode portion of a shipping label when you go to print it. I was able to execute it in IE on a Windows 7 machine, and she also said Firefox is ok. Just wanted to save anyone the swearing that I went through trying to figure this out while trying to complete a trade.
Chrome is also sucking the life out of your Windows laptop battery. Article from today: http://www.tomshardware.com/news/google-chrome-laptop-battery-tick-rate,27286.html
I encountered this issue, with the swearing and all, about an hour before OP posted last night. Had to call customer service ha.
Me too, delayed getting a box out by a day. Had to use my iPhone's browser to put together a shipping label.
Had the same issue this morning. I installed the IE tab extension and used that to print it out. Hopefully that might save some people some frustration!
I had this problem last night when I tried clicking on the print button on the browser screen, nothing would show up on the print preview, but the label showed up no problem when I right clicked and chose print from the list. Not sure if that will work for anyone else, but it worked fine for me.
Had the same problem last night. The label popped up on the screen and when I clicked the "print" bar on the website, no bar code in the pop up window. I just right clicked the screen instead of using the print bar, and it printed just like @jono0101 said above.
