I use the FedEx mobile app to track packages. I have 3 packages that every time I remove them from the app, they automatically reappear the next time I open it. I tried deleting the app and re-installing, logging out of the app and signing back in. Has this happened to anyone else or suggestions on how to resolve the issue?
Tried that....they said they do not offer support for the mobile apps, only the website. Have something submitted to the app developer
Same thing happening here, figured they would catch it on a bug fix update eventually. Minor annoyance at best….
I have the same problem, after about a week of deleting it, it finally goes away. I reported it in the reviews, so hopefully they will fix this problem
