Has anyone tried using FedEx one to ship? I'm sending a 20-25 lbs box from NC to CA. I'm trying to determine the cheapest method.

Plug in the numbers and see whats cheapest?

There was a thread on here a week(ish) ago that was similar...in my experience I couldn't find many, if any, instances where the flat rate was cheaper than standard ground.

I tried searching but didn't find the other thread. For the flat rate it seems as if the price is determined by what you value the shipment at.

Its all right on the fed ex site, very easy to calculate shipping - I just plugged in random numbers for NC and CA, and the flat rate is gonna be ~$38...I believe the standard ground, for a 14" cube weighing 25 lbs was ~$27. Also, those flat rate boxes arent big at all, smaller than a 12" cube I believe.
