Tracking results showed an exception due to the label separating from the package. I called FedEx and they asked what was the contents the package? I simply stated that it was yeast samples in a bag. I was just wondering if this had happened to any one else before? I wasn't exactly sure what to tell them and I am now awaiting a call back. Any help would be appreciated!
Hmmm...best case is the box ships back to you unharmed. Worst case is the box magically disappears. It happens unfortunately. Nothing you really can do about it, but wait and see. Good luck.
This is why I like to print two labels. One goes inside the box right on top. I'm not sure if you did this, but it can help if the outside label gets ripped off. Some boxes I have received have the tracking # on the box itself.
Doesn't matter what you say. Once they've lost the initial tracking slip you have no chance of getting it back unless you included another label underneath.
