Feedback Question

You've been trading much longer than I have man and have the feedback to prove it. I don't doubt that you're a world class trader. I was just offering my personal opinion and I think I mis-understood you. I said I felt like him offering you a free 4 pack of TH for the issue with the can was the "reasonable option" since it was well above the loss of single can. I must have read wrong though because I took your reply as saying you offered him to pick up and ship beer your paid for and provided a label for IN EXCHANGE for him buying some WW and using a label for that. I didn't realize you were only offering him that second part if he wanted to. I apologize.

We are all different and handle things different, so I can understand not everyone would do as I would. When that trader did that for me I was surprised and kept insisting I had no issue giving him all of his beers back since the bottle that leaked was a pretty nice one. He was honest though and that was what really impressed me because he could have easily said "well I drank it and it was awful", but instead he said it tasted fine and he had only wished he could have saved it a bit. He wouldn't let me send his stuff back though so that's why the few times I had a minor thing damaged I just told them and said it was cool.

I'm on your side in the fact that he did accept and seem fine with your counter. Once you do that then in my eyes you made a commitment and need to follow through on it to complete the trade. Radio silence is in bad form and for all we know now it's entirely possible that maybe the offered 4 pack might not have even come. Hopefully they come and offer a reply on this because it looks like they haven't been on it a couple weeks.
