Feeling defeated

    Well, someday we'll all be professional brewer/scientist/geniuses. But until then I guess we should all just keep enjoying our hobby.

    I can only dream of the day when I can look at a recipe and part of the process without knowing any of the other variables that may or may not have been introduced by someone brewing their first batch and know that it will be flawed. Until then, I will continue to enjoy the unexpectedly good beers many of the noobs bring to the club meetings.

    Which variables do you consider to be incomplete and why didn't you request these variables before you basically said you have no idea how this beer will finish because you aren't clairvoyant?

    I might consider paying money to have the OP send you the entire batch if I can watch you drink at least 4 a day for the next 14 days.
