    Brett Trois at bottling might be cool too. I recently did that with a peach sour, and its pretty awesome.

    It's possible.

    I'll hold down the east coast, you hold down the west coast. Pretty much have it all covered from there it seems!

    I don't think you'd get anything from magnolia leaves, since they're thick, hard, and not very porous. We had a huge magnolia tree in the yard growing up, and you don't get much aroma from the leaves. The blossoms have an awesome soft lemon aroma, though.

    Pecan something or other would be a good alternative to all the peach stuff.

    Find out how to put a pimento cheese sammich in there and you got the masters one nailed down.

    Actually I think the peach idea is more sound. Or a pecan pie brown ale. Both delicious

    Are peaches available in march? Seems like Georgia peach season is well after that.

    It is.. It's around late may in some place, till around mid August usually.
