How's this batch of Funky Junky tasting compared to previous batches Lukie?

 

I haven't had it. I was supposed to get some today, but it still hasn't gone on tap yet. Should be on tap as of next week so will drink my weight in it.

I also have never had any of the previous batches.

 

It's good stuff. Send some to Sydney please.

 

I know a keg just left for Adelaide for an event Bren is at. I imagine some might make the rounds.

 

Just to change the subject from sours. Bought a carton of Hopfenfahrt. It has a similar note up front (house flavour?) that the Hophog has, despite the complete different hop bill. Is it a fruity ester? it seems more pronounced than the hops. I remember Brendon saying once he uses US05 dry yeast - which has a peach ester if fermented cool.

 

It's just the love I put into every brew.

 

The last thing I want is Lukie Love in my mouth......

I think they are waiting for Land of Plenty to run out. I'm not up at the valley so I can only go with what Will tells me.
