Ferment Like a Yeast Starter?

    My 12p lagers finish in 7 days (5 until spund transfer)@ 45f . If yours are not you need to look into wort and yeast health. This is a solution in search of a problem.

    I'm guilty! It requires a second 2-3 liter starter to get enough healthy yeast, so I usually just go with one.
