Fermentation process

    I would let your beer do its thing for the next few weeks, then bottle. This being your first brew, you don't really know what a normal fermentation should look like. Don't go messing around adding ingredients because it doesn't look how you expected it to look. If you did the process right, you should be fine.

    i used 15 liters of water (as much as the isntructions were saying..) now it is a bit lower than 15 but i think its normal... i followed the instructions correctly, when i tasted the beer it was fine, a bit thin, without alcohol.
    BUT. is it normal that i saw 2-3 times in 9 days ,action in my airlock? does the fact that the top part is full of bubbles say something?

    approx sugar per liter : 30 (it was 20)
    gravity : 10 (it was 20)

    it is almost in the part of the hydrometer saying bottle...
    i put a bit of fining and im gonna leave it for 2 more days. then i might move it into a second fermentation/ in the pressure barrel
