    Interesting. Must've missed a '9'...I could always call them up, but I'm almost done working, and I don't want to sit on hold. :stuck_out_tongue:
    I worked with supercritical CO2 extraction once before and remember that gas being significantly more expensive than beverage gas.
    This is one of the reasons, when I used to work at the homebrew shop, I would tell people not to get their tanks filled at fire extinguisher/welding gas places. Purity is important.

    Clever idea. I wish I'd thought of it. Since I ferment with a spunding valve anyway, it will be easy to try this out for myself...just move the spunding valve from the fermenter fitting to the keg gas post, and jumper the fermenter fitting to the keg liquid post.
