i am currently fermenting a 5 gallon quadruple with a 9.6 to a 10 Abv. After I completed brewing I placed wort in bucket pitched yeast and set the beer in a 64-66 degree ambient temp environment. Next day airlock started bubbling and everything looked great. Two days later I traveled somewhere and came back in 6 days and saw that the wort/fermenting beer bubbled up and out through the airlock. Can't pin point the time when that occurred. However, I pulled the airlock cleaned and sanitized it and placed back into bucket. Then Shortly afterwards it began to bubble. I am not really interested why this occurred but want to know if beer is ruined? Thank you

It is probably fine, but more importantly, you can't do anything about it at this point. Let it finish and then taste when bottling, hopefully it is fine. You may want to store the bottles in something that will contain any bombs in case there is an infection.

    good luck

For the future, Belgian yeasts are frequently "very active" for a big beer, you need a lot of head space in your bucket.

Your beer isn't likely to be ruined. You can prevent this from happening by using a blow off tube.

That happened to me again this weekend. Your beer should be fine as long as your airlock was sanitized to begin with and it held sanitizer in it.
