How hard is it to get Pipeworks and FFF in the Midwest? Just trying to gauge the kind of beers I'd need to trade to get some stuff from these guys.

Thanks guys. I'm new to trading.

from what i know, pipeworks is pretty much a chicago thng only. they rotate batches of stuff so some things may not always be available

pipeworks is chicago and suburbs only. nothing of theirs is hard to get when it's in a current release, unless it's a brand new abduction variant or it's citra ninja. solid locals should get any of them done, but watch the pipeworks thread in great lakes forum for availability.

Welcome to the absolutely fun and addictive world of trading!

That alewatcher blog spot pretty much covers what you need to know about trading and packing. It will save you a lot of headaches and troubles down the road. Proper etiquette forges solid partnerships/friendships. These BA's will take care of you and vise versa.

As for Pipeworks and 3 Floyds, any good to great locals will get you their brews; $4$. All things from them depend on availability of release. Check their websites for what's current. Both have carry out, but Pipeworks is available at certain retail outlets. Good luck and have fun!
