$50 a bottle. Black or white wax. Can drink there or to go.

Anyone who went / was there know how long bottles lasted? Was there a limit?

I was thinking @RunningIPA was trolling. But knowing three floyds price on BA stuff. Maybe not...

It's the truth! I was there early and begrudgingly bought a bottle. And kind of hate myself now.

I went two years ago and remember getting a tiny pour of that year's anny for > $1/oz.

And then they had bramble and coffee bombers for $25. Go figure.

Is that a beer line or a foreveralones convention? Wait, same thing....

Two bottle limit. $10 T-shirts were a good deal, though.

Bottles still there. $50. Limit two (one if each, different barrels), 300 total. Drink it there or to go.

The label in case anyone was wondering. Anyone have it yet?

Not worth $50 per bottle at all. Rue d Floyd is twice the beer. Delilahs was much thinner than RdF, possibly even thinner than the BA Alpha Klaus variants. Worth splitting a bottle, probably not worth seeking out

I sampled the white wax and thought it was good. Heard black wax has more cherry flavor.

Bought a bottle with black wax and split it with a buddy, heard that there were two different barrels that they aged the different waxes in...not sure how accurate that is. Agreed that for an imperial stout (intergalactic black ale as they called it) it was thin. Rue D' Floyd was certainly better and had a better body to it...cherry did come through nicely. My better judgment told me to slow my role and not buy the white wax, which was the right decision, still glad I got to partake and have another bottle to add to my collection.

...as a side note, went to Paddy Long's afterwards and had the Bomb sandwich, may very well be the highlight of my night...

Got black wax for $50 and split it with a friend. The way I'm looking at it (so I don't cry) is it was a $20 beer, a free $10 tshirt, and a $20 donation to one of my favorite bars.

The beer itself is good not great (4 out of 5). Pretty disappointing to be honest, especially for the price point.

I must be reading something wrong. The announcement says 21st anniversary and the bottle says 20th?

The beer were originally made for their 20th Anniversary but the beer wasn't ready in time. That came right from Mike, but I am not sure if the bottles had already been ordered and labeled and if not, why the label wasn't changed.

I was there last night and they still had bottles. My jaw hit the floor when the bartender said $50. I actually thought he was joking

They'll have them for quite a while, me thinks.
