FFF Mini Snifter

Looks like they are going for $150 on ebay. WTF.

 

What?! I was looking for a cool FFF snifter or glass, didn't see these! WANT.

 

I have one of these from a couple of years ago, my favorite glass for tasting. Cracks me up what people are shelling out for these things on EBay...

 

What color is the printing on your old FFF/Intelligensia mini-snifter? I thought the old ones were printed in pink (similar to the mini-mug they had at XV), but wasn't sure. FYI, the new ones were printed with orange ink.

 

Iso the person who mayb "addicentally" came home with an extra, we will never know if it is mine but mine was def hacked within seconds of me setting it on the table.

 

waited over an hour in line at the intellegentsia line. got up to the front only to be told that no more snifters were being sold. i asked if it would be ok to buy the ones that were on display on top of the espresso maker. ended up buying the last four and gave them to my friends waiting for me back by the tent area. sometimes just asking nicely and not freaking out and yelling at the workers pays off.

 

I'd be afraid to use a beer glass I paid $100+ for.

 

If any of you would like to sell it at half the interwebz price I am in

I saw some guy walking out straight to his car with 2 fists full of them, one between each finger, probably to list on Ebay.

 

thats nice and all but 100 dollars worth? I thought it'd say DLD day or something but its just the same logos on the little mug I already got and the little taster/stange. I got an ugly KBS glass if anyone's lookin to trade. But it leads to a bigger question, why hasn't FFF's made a DLD glass in the last few years? They'd make a killing.

 

How much we're they selling for at DLD?

The 5.5oz snifters are about $30/dz with no printing. I sense a underhanded business opportunity brewing. rimshot.wav

 

$30 per dozen ?? Then why cant people just sell them for 30-50 each

 

And here I was thinking these were a ripoff at $10...

 

I mean for the people trying to get rich on line. Be reasonable
