    For 12 snifters with printing on both sides, I was quoted $13. I was just throwing out $13-15 as a range because I have only checked with one company.

    I talked to that guy (or another) who had 2 cases. I asked if I could buy one off him. The dude with 2 cases couldn't even part with one :slight_frown:

    It isn't like you would be the ones getting in trouble anyway, right? It would be on the company that printed them.

    I don't think it would be a big deal if he had 10 done. Now if he had 100 printed and sold then theres a problem

    First off, IANAL.

    Secondly, I think you're referring to trademark infringement, right?

    I think there might be a good argument for fair use based on the idea of "Functional Use"... as long as these aren't commercial sales (e.g. if we just pay cost to have them for personal use), I'd think they're probably OK.

    I did a set of 144 for our Metro Detroit BAs and it was about $4 each with a two color logo.

    Pretty sure they're more concerned about use of the logos, not the snifter design itself.

    Where did you have it done? Just Googling around the other day I found this place: http://www.customglassware.com/brandy-snifters.html

    Did you use the same place? Seems to be around the same price (right under $4 ea. if we order 144 or more).

    Not sure where the issue would be. No money is being made by anyone and they are being used (likely) to drink their beer and/or coffee or some combination thereof.
