FFF War Mullet - What is that taste?

    Im trying to figure out what that flavor is when you take that first (or second, or third, or fourth) drink of War Mullet. To me, it tastes like some sort of weird spice or herb. Maybe oregano or basil? Im sure there is no way to know for sure as the brewers @ FFF probably wont disclose that info, but I figure this site is my best resource for finding out what that flavor is. I can usually tell what ingredient is included in a beer by the taste, but this one is beyond me. Aside from someone knowing exactly what it is, what are the opinions of the people who have tasted it?

    The taste I get from war mullet is tang. I know that isn't a spice so probably not what you are referring to, but that is the overwhelming aroma and taste for me.
