I remembered you as the douche bag from our Schaumburg softball thread. The guy who just pops into threads to hate. Go worry about Shorts and their 1,000 (usually awful) releases.

so has anyone actually had this out of the bottle yet besides me? it was okay when it was cold, but when it warmed up it turned into a diacetyl bomb. gross, no exaggeration.

I love nearly all of FFF beers and I really like several session ales, but this was very disappointing. Can't ever remember really feeling that way about a FFF beer before.

I'm consistently disappointed by them now to the point I don't buy their beer anymore.

Only beer I would think about buying now is Permanent Funeral.

I had some of this on tap this week and wasn't that impressed by it. It seems to have a lot of wheat in it and actually had more of a shredded wheat taste than a bright hoppiness to it. Probably doesn't help that I had ZD and Apocalypse Cow right before it though.

My friend/cowork brought me back a 6-pack from the brewery last week....

Was not expecting much, certainly nothing like ZD...but I was quite disappointed. I would like to say its a solid session ale, but it is not.

Not a very good beer at all, IMHO. (And I had it on a fresh palate, after a long work day, so if it was gonna taste good it would be then)

I picked up a 6 pack and it is a pretty good session ale in my opinion.

I wish everyone hated the beer I like so I could find it on the shelf and not tucked away in a back room.

Yeah, everyone knows that for a beer to be worthy of a following, it needs to have MASSIVE ABV.

Yeah, PF is the only beer of theirs I'd buy consistently, as well. ZD is great, but PF is possibly my favorite DIPA.

Also, had my first bottle of Yum Yum, and while it's perfectly decent, it's certainly nothing to write home about. I wouldn't buy a 6 pack for $10, and certainly wouldn't buy one for more.

I think it's $13.99 plus tax in my area. Hell. No.
