Fiddlehead Mastermind Release

So Mastermind will be dropping at all CBCs Thursday? I was not aware of FH being available in MA

 

Does this not have much brett character... because the Orangina I know does not taste tart and funky!

 

Is it all locations? I've only seen something for Fenway posted.

 

They're signed with Craft Collective. Drops are fairly small and very rare.

Does anyone know if it will be released anywhere in Vermont, in addition to Mass?

Cbc Fenway just posted to social media that the release/tasting has been postponed

 

So either the canning issue is bad, or Matt had to dump the batch for some reason.

 

Honestly, there isn't much brett character to the beer. It's very easy drinking. And Orangina is a little tart, it has orange juice in it!

I drank my growlette of Second Fiddle last night, and I've gotta say that one really impressed me.

 

Wonder if this means no Mastermind at the Microbrew Invitational too...

 

They did an event at Dive Bar last night and it was a good time. No Mastermind, though it had been advertised, and it seemed like they were pouring the other 3 on offer (though I can't say if the plan was for mastermind kegs or cans).

Second Fiddle on the patio and in that weather was nice. The Brett beer was ok I guess but didn't shift my thinking on the style and in hindsight I would have preferred the BAC had come from something else.

 

That would appear to be the case as it has no showed at every event this week

 

Fiddlehead website says no Mastermind for the time being due to equipment failure.

 

There is more to Fiddlehead than Mastermind... Rarefied Air is pretty sublime in my opinion!

 

Of course there is more.... I'm drinking a Second Fiddle right now. But this is a Mastermind release thread.

 

It hasn't been on for growler fills at the brewery so I don't see it showing up anywhere. My guess is the whole batch has to be dumped.

 

Surprise release of Mastermind this afternoon, 250 cases. Still another release to come next weekend as well.

Not cool...Why not ? Last minute coordination with iron heart, Who I think finished canning at four quarters early today so headed over to fiddlehead. At least they posted it They could have kept it quite like they do for second fiddle.
