    I hear you, I had planned on heading up for the last one but the next few weekends for me are tough and I won't be able to make it either. Hoping some of the events in Boston that were supposed to happen last week like at CBC Fenway end up being able to reschedule, would love to be able to try this.

    Mastermind will be arriving this week in stores. CBC Fenway will be tentatively available Saturday 10am.

    got some yesterday, i've had a couple cans and i think it's more mellow than i remember. i didn't get it last year but got it the year before (avatar) and it exploded with pineapple and tropical fruits. it is delicious, still super tropical, and very crushable, just not what i remember it being. this one is a bit more sweet and balanced, but then again, my taste buds have changed since then.

    Looks like some of the CBC stores in the MA area are starting to post on social media about getting some in - does anyone know if this is just strictly a CBC thing or will some other local stores possibly be carrying some? Just curious as Fenway is Boston's only option and that could be a bit crowded.

    Braintree is the only one to appear to have released it. Lots have been non-committal on the timing (Plymouth, Newton, etc), Swamscott saying they'll have it Thursday. Plus of course Fenway on Saturday. Just curious if it's a CBC only thing or maybe other Boston stores will get some (Urban Grape got some Second Fiddle last year).

    Will preface by saying MM has long been one of my favorite beers, but I am underwhelmed with this batch. The nose alone used to do it for me and it just doesn't have it with this canning. After last year's batches I did not expect the haziness from the famed black and white cans of years ago now, and this batch seems about the same in appearance as last year. It's still solid, but I won't go out of my way for it this year and actually look more forward to another canning run of Second Fiddle.

    I cannot wait to get my hands on this. I've only ever had the release from late 2014 in the old black-and-white can, but it lives in my memory as the best beer I've ever had. Whether or not the latest release lives up to that, I'm still looking forward to drinking it.

    Just grabbed a 4-pack of this @ CBC in Westford. Looked like they had maybe 3-4 cases with a 2 4-pack pp limit.
