I picked the wrong places as a beer drinker... But my favorite places in the world otherwise in Santorini, Mykonos and the Amalfi Coast.

Sounds like an incredible trip, especially for food. I'd do a moratorium on beer for the opportunity to visit those places!

Any reviews on ddh pulp? Curious as they have been somewhat inconsistent.

Definitely a really good beer with creamy smoothness and almost no bitterness at all. Don't think the flavors pop as much as the first batch, nor the best OG Pulp batches, which to my tastes have nice candied fruit notes, but worth a 6 pack for sure. Liked it better from the can when I got home than the draft I had while there.

This has been my observation of the previous DDH batches, they seem mute compared to the good batches of Pulp. Will pickup my cans this week to see if I have similar impressions of this DDH batch.

Has anyone tried this yet?! This may be my new favorite Westie. I wish I would have got more cans! Fantastic!

Not this batch (yet, haven't picked up my cans), but previously back in early 2019. It was super dank and crazy drinkable then...but reading your review it speaks of sweetness and pineapple. I really hope this batch isn't sweet for my palate and preferences, as I'll not care for it as much as previously.

Tried it tonight when I picked up cans. Tasted good, so I filled a growlette to share with the wife. Didn't notice the pineapple sweetness on my taster pour, but definitely picking it up on a full pour. Even noticing the pineapple on the nose as it warms. While good, this batch isn't nearly as dank as the initial one I had (and loved, my highest rated hoppy FW beer) in February for my palate and preferences. Not even as dank as the Sticky Hands cans I brought back from Bend. I'm not sitting on the 2 cans I grabbed, feel this one could become far too sweet for my liking.

Galaxy Island, while a solid brew, confirms that I really only like Galaxy hops in NE-style recipes. Guess I'll scratch that itch with the recent batch of Jewel Box from Revision.

South bay is also in the works. They said sometime 2020, and didn't say anything pointing to "no" to the many comments that I saw requesting "San Jose".

At some point they have to expand the actual "Production Brewery" further, right???

That is a lot of taprooms and draft accounts to supply. Plus the occasional can release.

    Preordered my Temple of Doom

Originally was going to get a 4-pack, but forgot they pretty much sell them can-by-can, so I got 2 instead. 9% ABV aren't really my cup of ... uh... beer.
