I really hope sac has cans Friday afternoon. That way I can stop by after hitting moonraker and new glory.

 

DAMN!! Had that on nitro at the Berkeley location and it was fairly incredible. If they release it in cans, I'll definitely be encouraging my trading partner in the south bay to head up.

 

I visited this location for the first time. Not much room in there though since they share space it looks like you can sit elsewhere. I got to finally try the Galaxy Juice for the first time - quite nice. Sending a crowler to my brother in Colorado. Now that I've had all their top-tier IPA's I will make a list.
1. Grove Stand - sublime and almost hard to be believe there isn't citrus in it.
2. Super St. Thomas - I think they said it was a one-off. If so glad I got to try it.
3. King Citra - maltier and more body. Been a while since they put this out.
4. Galaxy Juice - ethereal
5. Pulp! - bit more mainstream

 

Did you try In Bloom? I was impressed by how melon-forward it was.

 

I've had pretty much every special IPA they've done. Those were just my top 5 but below them they are more a tier below. Orchard St and In Bloom were the closest.

damn make that 5? couldn't decipher the email if it was going on tap only or actually cans but looks like Bean Machine is making an apperence too. unfortunately i live farther away from the sm location than work, fingers crossed some weekend cans make it to monday

 

Was at Berkeley last night and they let folks buy cans of Pulp Free and Eastside Motel... Pulp Free is great but Eastside is just awesome, gotta be careful with this one. 12 can limit on both last night, maxed out both!

Never been a big fan of Pulp Free but I did enjoy Eastside Motel - had both but also had a pour of Orchard Street, I really like that beer - might try and make it back when they announce the cans for it.

 

Ah I missed that. Had some Orchard St last night too, this batch is awesome. Great beer! I feel like I've been having too many NEIPAy beers lately so Pulp Free was a nice nice change.

I had my last can of Grove Stand tonight. It predictably didn't stand the test of time. I have a 32 oz of Galaxy Juice to evaluate later. I'm not intentionally over aging these IPAs its just kinda happening due to circumstance.
