Really? I just checked my text messages with my wife - I got in line at 10:05 and back to the car at 11:55.

 

Yeah that's not possible if you went to the end of the line. I was In line @10:30 (have a time stamped photo of the line when I arrived) and left around 12:20.

Unless you meant 12:15 which would make sense.

 

Sounds fishy. Registration date has me assuming some line-cutting action.

 

I was at the Sacramento location. Where were you?

 

Makes more sense I was in the East Bay. Assumed you were too because I thought the other spots sold out immediately but I guess that was just Napa.

fieldwork's taking over the whole bay area...coming to the peninsula too - can't wait! anyone hear anything about the location yet?

 

Damn, that is pretty unexpected if they are talking about being in SF. I guess bring the beer to where the most people with $$ are. But wow, that has to be some expensive property.

They also said the Monterey tap room is still on track for a Spring 2017 opening.

They are going to need more brewing capacity for sure with this expansion in 2017.

 

A few people on another board are saying San Mateo Area.

 

I waited an hour to get my cans in Berkeley and they had ONE person processing peoples cards. They should have had at least two. They ran out of Bad Conduct so I got a crowler of that and Orchard Street and that took 45 minutes. Two crowler fills took 45 minutes. Two crowler fills took 45 minutes. It was a mess.

 

This one might be popular with the cooler weather hitting NORCAL right now....

Had it last night at Napa, it was excellent.

 

Finally got to try Overripe!

It's super white grapey, and not wine-y like Nelson Sauvin. Never got these notes from an iPA before. Really fun and easy to drink. As it warms, it gets more grapefruit notes and bitterness.

I took home a half growler.

St Thomas deliciousness is also back.

 

That would be amazing, and dangerous. I live in San Mateo. I wonder if they'd be setting up shop in the Bay Meadows development....there is a sign saying that the 'town square' type of area that is being built will include some type of brewpub.

Yeah...... The KING Citra Double IPA they have on tap today looks pretty damn good.




A thick and full mouthfeel creates an Orange Whip-like profile that sticks to the palate with a refreshingly dessert-esque fervor, slowly giving way to a soft bite of carbonation.

 

Between this and Cellarmaker, looks like I'll be making a trip this weekend growlers in tow.
