    I believe it's new this year. I believe last year it was only CA, OR, Chicago, Philadelphia and possibly Seattle.

    I know they were exploring moving into limited distro in NY state, but no idea if it was finalized. I would not be surprised if 50/50 is in NYC by 2013.

    Pretty sure it is true and new for this year. 50/50 actually reached out to me for some reason looking for contacts. Fortunately I actually do have some contacts that work for distributors so I put them in touch. I've heard some rumblings that it will happen but only time will actually tell if/when it does. Made me a bit bummed that I put in all those orders for futures if it will ultimately be on the shelf here.

    Here's hoping that they decide to not be strictly NYC and hid the 'burbs a lil bit. I'd love to have them in my store and I'm sure the boys at DeCiccos feel the same haha.

    they reached out to people asking for NYC recommendations in distribution and imploring people to ask bottle shops. maybe it'll happen.

    I can confirm this. I asked and was specifically told that they were looking at NYC only and had no plans/capacity to go beyond that within the state.

    interesting i heard something different from someone on LI. they reached out to people on LI as well as NYC.
