Final Decisions for Easter

After giving up beer for Lent I will be drinking some Heady Topper, Pliny the Elder, Zombie Dust, Kern Citra and then finishing the night off by drinkiing a bottle of BCBS Rare with some friends.

 

Debating between Elysian's Dragonstooth Imperial Oatmeal Stout or Deschutes Red Chair.

 

Going to do a Russian River sour tasting later in the evening.

 

+1...I have two La Chouffes to share with the fam during our antipasto, switch to a glass of red wine with the lasagne and then the last of my Surly Coffee Bender for dessert!

 

Thats one hell of a lineup!

Gonna drink a Central Waters BB Stout and New Glarus Apple Ale to start with.

 

Avbc hop ottin and one of my last fbs.... So glad I was exposed to founders, that and the imp stout really impressed me. Plus might have a bead on some kbs

 

I'm unable to opertae, just finished diner. Need to slow it down, the final pairing is only at amen corner.

 

I has 2 SNPAs after a nice morning golf round, came home to a great meal. After that, some Masters viewing and relaxing. Then whaddaya know, Pliney the Elder knocked on my door to wish a Happy Easter. Now he sits in a tupil glass in front of me. Later, some desset and a stout. Peche Mortel, maybe. Now, back to the golf - and the PtE.

 

Had a 90min and a Boston lager to wash down the ham gonna have a longshot imperial stout with my chocolate pie maybe a kbs for dessert

 

Old dominion oak aged...hoptimum...nugget nectar...hopzilla and maybe matilda...

 

Had the Victory Helios Ale...nice saison for Easter. Great price too.

 

THe Grand Reserve 17 was excellent with the ham I will say.

Going to finish this off and probably move back to a stout, then oreo cheesecake and a KBS.

 

Shortly my girlfriend and I will be popping a DFH Pangaea that we had signed by Sam when we met him at the brewery a few weeks ago. Thanks again, Sam!
