As others have said, the Czech Pils is awesome and hopefully the cans are coming soon.

OP, I'm actually in the opposite position as you, as I have had (and enjoyed) most of BBC's lineup, but for whatever reason, I haven't had Drayman.

Agreed. I've been fans of theirs for a long time also. It's kind of sad that since they don't do anything mindblowing - no super-hop-bomb IPAs, no (minimal) barrel aging, and small distro - that they really fall under the radar sometimes. However, everything they do is super tasty, and right to style.
I will be the first to admit that I will pass them by often in place of the latest and greatest, but when I do want something simple and tasty, I will go right to them.

We tend to circle back to BBC, always fresh in our area.
Just solid beers, I have a fondness for the blue labeled Ale,
Pils, Maibock, Ocktoberfest, Porter are just wonderful.
    Cheers

Anyone know off the top of their heads if they bottle date?

Yes, not "bottled on date" though, but "best by" date. I think they use 5 months (someone correct me if i'm wrong) from bottling date as their best by date, so it's pretty easy to determine what the bottled on date is.

Their Maibock and Octoberfest are a bit hefty and too sweet to be my favorite, but I still dig them nonetheless. They're more to-style than MANY American attempts at German styles. Czech pils is solid too.

Wouldn't mind seeing these guys roll out a German pils in six packs.

As an aside, solid brewery, one of those breweries that if you threw a few of their beers into a blind tasting they would really turn some heads.

Their Oktoberfest is my favorite seasonal of theirs, there was one batch about 7 years ago that wasn't the best but I agree that they pull off the styles much better than most.
