Finally hit Beer 1,000!!!!

The more I read this thread the more I think that OP is a tool and indicative of one of the things wrong with this hobby.

 

This thread has been the best slow clap ever. LOL Honestly the OP is the poster child of why ratings rather than reviews should count for very little, if anything, on a beers BA score.

 

I mean, whole thread sounded like some good trolling right off the bat. I read this three times and laughed. Technically, this guy could have hit 1,000 beers after just ten nights of shares. Haha.

Two days is being generous. He "had" (lol) and rated 57 beers in a 24 hour period.

Sorry @ohiobeer29 but you need to back up your poor ratings with reviews, imo.
If you are going to be way over or way under on the rDev you should really be backing your ratings up with reviews or at least another run-on sentence. ESPECIALLY if you are writing articles for Homebrewtalk.

 

Homebrewtalk clearly doesn't care about punctuation, run-on sentences or even basic sentence structure.

Nice, I have 313 on Untappd currently which is probably ~30-40 short of my actual count. At this rate I'll probably hit 1000 in 2018, but I'm in no rush.

lol- picky? I can think of a better way to describe your ratings. It might help others if you were able to back up your consistently poor reviews with some reason as to why the beer was worthy of your consistently poor ratings. I can understand disliking a beer, but this is a worthless thread.
Can't wait until; next week when you hit the 2000 beer review level.

So I agree with some of the others, you are a very tough rater. You have been lucky enough to try some of the finest beers in the world and all you would do is give it a 2. When I have time and I am drinking something in the top 250 I do my best to give it a full review. A milestone none the less.
