Agreed. Especially since the taproom is open on Sunday. You'll definitely be able to pickup your presale cans that day.

Nothing like pushing back the time you are going to post the link and have it still not work.

will be coming in from out of town on Saturday and hoping to go to the release. I have never been to Finback so I have no idea what to expect. What kind of wait should I expect if I a get there around 1 and am only looking to pick up cans?

If I go, I need to go straight from the airport and drag along the person picking me up. Hoping I can get in and out of there relatively fast to avoid annoying them in the first couple of hours of my trip

Depends on how many POSs they have set up. They tend to seem very surprised when people actually show up for these things (for some reason) and people end up waiting an hour + for cans/bottles because they have one POS going. Hopefully they get their shit together this weekend and are expeditious with the can sales (and bar pours).

people that go every week have no idea what to expect, it's often a crap shoot with them.

if they have yoga or a sushi making class or something like that, god knows when they will open, but i do guarantee the people that partook in the events will be drinking beer before those in line.

1pm, if they do open on time, you will be in line and waiting a bit, maybe 1-1.5 hours.

Thanks for the responses. I appreciate the info. Would I be able to avoid that wait time if I only go for draft pours?

Missed out on the pre-sale, didn't know what the weekend plans were until today.

What time can one arrive and still feel confident about getting all three cans?

Note that if its anything like last years anniversary, there will be a long wait for pours...

For those who have done the presale before, is there a separate line for those? I really hope there is, would sort of negate the benefit aside from assuring an allotment.

Yes, there is a separate (much smaller) line.

In the past, pre-sale pickup has a table to the far left side of the taproom, as you face the bar. Day of sales has a table to the right of the bar with a line that wraps around the taproom and then out the door.

Thanks @Daveshek28 and @NiceBeerCans I am well versed in the slow ass line to the right, but that is great news on the separate line. So basically same spot to the left where they used to have the bottle release table way back when. Very happy about this.

Line was minimal at opening. Maybe 40 people? By 1245 there was little to no line with a steady stream of people coming and going. OSC009 was solid as always, wasn't better or worse than usual. Field Scout is a little lackluster IMO for an Answer collab. Tea dominates and hops are in the background. Didn't try Caviar yet but heard some peeps saying it was the best of the 3 releases today. Multiple POSs with separate line for picks ups were present. For an Anniversary day there was nothing "special" on tap, seemed like a regular can release day. Lots of people who went to Other Half first too.
