Yes, that is correct. I've gotten there an hour before each release and have always been fine. Finback's line always moves incredibly slow.

$20 also buys you not having to wait on line in the cold plus older bottles that are probably hard to come by these days, and pick up over the course of the week at your convenience. Not bad.

I may buy a box, not sure. It's not the best deal in the world but not terrible either.

 

Agreed, I just wish they had a 2017 only option. Would gladly pay $20 to put aside a full allocation (or even a 3/3 mix) to not wait on the line. It was the slowest line I ever waited on for the 2016 release, and not much better for the 2015.

 

When did that yoga ridiculousness happen? That's the last time I ever went or will ever go to their release. But the box option is tempting if it buys back some dignity in purchasing beer (excluding lousy glassware...you can't DRINK glass guys!).

Announced that it will be released at 10am today, didn't clarify if the link would be posted onto the original instagram post or a new post, posted the presale link at 10:12am and sold out by 10:17am.

I was too busy refreshing the original post to check if they'll edit it or add the link to the comments to see the new IG post and missed out. Oh well, maybe I'll just stop by Sunday for the BQE samples. Unless they decide to host a yoga class Saturday morning before the release. Then you'll find me there instead.

I would say ~125 people, rough guess. Still not open.

 

Keep the line updates coming all ye faithful! I lucked into a rental car + free time and might be able to swing by this afternoon if those bottles last.

Anyone think the stouts will last till next week? Hoping to snag those. Also, did that Horus beer make it into any stores? Or is trading my only option at this point?

Anybody hear if bottles are hitting distro? Kegs? I feel like in years past some of both would migrate from the brewery, though I understand from IG that the salted caramel is probably brewery only.

 

Their Instagram post yesterday stated that bottles of both had sold out, so I highly doubt they'll appear via any sorta distribution.
