Sounds like a rare medical condition afflicting only the most die hard craft beer fans :joy:

I tried this out pouring 2/3-ish of my can drinking most of it then pouring the rest. I did notice a little extra abrasiveness/bite I didn't get in the initial pour, but not enough to make me really feel it changed the overall beer. I feel like comparing those to pouring the whole can and drinking it that the whole can pour was pretty much similar to both pours last night. not an overwhelming noticeable difference to me.

I'm sure you could find someone in the trade forums or on Instagram to help you get some Finback.

Anyone try any of the recent IPAs (Biomechanical or Spaced in time?)

Thinking of swinging by after work today.

Biomechanical is great. Spaced in time is OK, an interesting beer.

according to the fine gentleman who was behind the counter yesterday, look for a return of Breathing/Conversations in a few weeks.

Green absorb is amazing. Not getting much peanut butter as the cinnamon dominates but perfect barrel integration. Not cloying sweet as most stouts on the market these days. A knockout for sure

I had both Absorbs and loved them both. Wish other NYC places had their stout game

Might have had a few but what the hell. Signs of life is fantastic might be one of my favorite finback IPAs. I don’t normally buy their beer after leaving the taproom but this was a very welcomed exception.

also enjoyed the chocolate, coffee, peanut butter, pretzel. Wish it was a bit saltier but it was very enjoyable. Brooklyn location was vibing today

Reaching Skyward, the wild ale with peaches is so good. Finback has been 2020’s best NYC brewery imo

+1 to Reaching Skyward. That was great. I probably enjoyed Threes recent peach conditioned Saison more but it’s not a fair comparison.
