Absolutely! And with that said, I'm not going to let that sole experience deter me from trying every other release from Finch that I find on the shelves either.

    Cheers.

I enjoyed this one, too. Haven't been disappointed yet. My favorite Finch beer has been Sobek and Set. Crazy name for their black ipa. My favorite black IPA.

Though Sobek and Set may not be my favorite black IPA, I really appreciate it. I love black IPAs that do just what they sound like they would be: roasted, hoppy, and with a great medium-to-thick body. Too many black IPAs that I have consumed were merely a hoppy stout, or a black-colored IPA that would be indistinguishable from a regular IPA if tasted blind (apparently, I have bad luck with black IPAs, since I know there are lots of great ones, out there).

Hardcore Chimera is a great, cheaper IIPA to drink. Finch's seems to have been doing a good job, as of late.

Just picked up some Chimera and I really like it. It seems to have a love/hate taste for a lot of people.

I enjoyed Hardcore Chimera. First beverage I sampled from Finch's, and it was very good.
