Hey everyone - I'm new to this forum. I want to sit back and watch awhile to get a feel for how the internet-community works through trade deals before I participate any to make sure I comply with etiquette, rules, etc Is there any way to see who's searching for a particular beer? I have a few bottles I'd like to gauge value on before putting a post out there
Check the completed trade forum I think. You should be able to search for the beers you are interested in
You can search by beer in the ISO:FT forums too. Or you can post in this new weekly thread and get feedback on hypothetical ISO:FT posts: https://www.beeradvocate.com/commun...uesday-resurrected.566375/page-2#post-5958504
Or go to the beers review page and click on "wants", sort the list by most recent first and then click on a few user names at the top to see if they trade beer (if they don't they'll have no trade history). Check their for trade list also and maybe something matches up with one of your wants and start a convo. I've made at least a half of a dozen trades that way.
