Finding that everyday beer

    Not really a great example of a go-to beer, being 7.2%, but my "go-to" beer is La Cumbre's Elevated IPA, it's my all around favorite beer, and I can get it for $9 a 4-pack, so I figure why the hell not. Especially when I can get it a week or less old :slight_smile:

    Now that I think about it...
    Red Chair when it's in season, probably my favorite pale ale of all time. For year round beers I'd go with Rayon Vert because I love that accessible brett, but I don't think I could have more than two consecutively. It's not really one of those beers that you keep pounding down. I guess I'd just go with whichever California IPA I'm in the mood for that week.

    For me that everyday beer is usually something from the local offerings (Thomas Creek). I can get them cheaper ($8 a 6er), they are ALWAYS in stock, and it's damn good beer.
